The D-PACKET-07/08 mega-wave's biggest day:

  • @creative-int/artifact MERGED to packages main (dee32c735): the June council's extraction real, first full-delegation merge under D-PACKET-08.
  • CLERK PROVISIONED END-TO-END VIA CLI per Luke's "you use clerk and provisioning cli": Packet app + prod instance on the creative-int.com apex; keys minted and rotated after fragment hygiene; Doppler, Vercel, and Convex wired; CNAMEs live; sign-in renders on prod; Luke's felt-check unlocked; the orphan apex mail records from the dead fh6w instance became a fleet forensics row.
  • Apple stream MERGED: first native Packet surface; sim-build green; 9x claim staged on motion, council, and Luke.
  • Full CLI grammar + TUI modes MERGED.
  • Android stream + tenancy merged in the morning.
  • BAR TABLE baseline scored + PUBLISHED at /p/packet-bar-table through Packet's own pipeline: opus rows; Gemini non-contract chronic; the judge's false production-regression notes refuted at source; all corpus routes returned 200s.
  • Public root is live at the Keris grammar.

Codex quota event #3 killed volley-3's first launch: all four lanes classified, with no blind relaunch. v3b-retirement and v3c-L1-coherence shifted to Kimi K2P7 and stayed alive; v3a-GenUI and v3d-UI-perfection held for Codex reset because craft lanes stay on the strong lane.

Luke slots remain: sign-in try, hero/mark veto, Apple native verdict, and bar-table taste column.

Lesson: five-minute blocking delegates die to harness timeouts. Use detached sessions for judges.
