Ratified by Luke in the sovereign packet session's 7-round interview (all five v0 redline slots answered live). Supersedes ~/.agents/artifacts/programs/packet/stream-spec-v0.md. This commit also flips packet's product language: packet is the context-app — a living stream of your context that an agent tends alongside you; the creation-artifact spine (sources, runs, credits, receipts, proofs) is its trust layer, and PDF export is an option, not the product.

1. Soul constraints (non-negotiable)

• One surface, never modes. Warm sheet, hairline separations, NO floating cards, no dashboard.
• Structural changes are INSTANT (next paint); micro-feedback ≤150ms.
• All motion through @creative-int/design L1 motion primitives — no hand-rolled animation (Luke, slot 1 steer).
• Your ink louder than the machine's: user-authored full-ink; machine output recedes one type-color tier.
• Monochrome field; ONE amber judgment class + ONE green all-quiet seal. No other color speaks.
• Durable vs ephemeral is a USER act: ✧ composed/ephemeral; PIN graduates to durable. Never automatic.
• Lowercase mono machine narration; keris idiom for rendered blocks.

• /home = the stream. The prior workspace ledger view moves to /ledger (plain route, this window only; retire next window if unused).
• Row anatomy: hairline-separated; source glyph + title + lowercase-mono meta + age; pin-dot for durable; ✧ for composed/ephemeral.
• GenUI composed views are IN (this window): ask-results render as composed ✧ views in-stream via convex-genui, keris-idiom internals (mono section rules, no boxes), your own context woven back in. PIN snapshots them durable.

• Stream = merged read over quintet (documentCuration · readingStates · inboxItems · collections · views) + contentSourceDocuments + packetArtifacts + packetStatusReceipts. No new denormalized store.
• Stream fields (landed with the quintet): dwellMs? deliberationWeight? pinnedAt? ephemeral? graduatedFrom? — written by UI events from day one; v1 ranking = reverse-chron + pinned-first. No taste-clamp.
• Pill verbs: capture (URL/text → source document via ingress path) · ask (→ create/GenUI with stream context) · scope (#collection).
